Dr. Ashley is a summa cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (Florida) in 2017. During her chiropractic education and currently she is training for and competing in body building. Her emphasis and areas of expertise are sports medicine and fitness training.
Ashley attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiological Sciences in 2014. While at UNLV, she competed in the 100 & 200-meter sprints. In 2013, she was a NCAA Division 1 2nd Team All-American in Track & Field and was awarded the NCAA Division 1 All-Academic Award.
Dr. Ashley is a soft tissue treatment expert and has been certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) for the Lower Extremity, Upper Extremity, Spine, Full Body & Long Tract Nerve Entrapment.
In 2019, Dr. Ashley furthered her studies by becoming a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sport Physicians (ACBSP). She is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (National Strength & Conditioning Association).
As a former track athlete and current body builder, Dr. Ashley brings a wealth of experience and has an outstanding understanding of athletic injuries, injury management and rehabilitation as well as the work ethic, determination, and mind-set of an athlete. It is these qualities that have earned Dr. Ashley the respect from the clients and doctors she has worked with in her professional career. She joined the BTF team in 2019.
