New Year’s Resolution to Get Fit and Lose Weight?

It is estimated that over 95% of diets fail to keep the weight off permanently. Diets are a short-term solution to a long-term issue. The good news is that these healthy lifestyle habits are all common sense things that you already know.

There are 2 simple things that will help you lose that extra weight:

    2. Move MORE

Of course we can make it more complicated by picking foods that are more nutrient dense and avoiding foods that are nutrient poor and calorie dense. We can even select specific exercises that will help you burn more calories even AFTER your workout is over. But the 2 basic things you can do to help yourself achieve your weight loss and fitness goals are to Eat LESS and Move MORE!

  7. Avoid processed foods of all kinds (anything with an ingredient list)
  8. Only eat enough food till you feel your hunger is satisfied
  9. Thoroughly chew your food till it is liquid before swallowing
  10. Avoid caffeine and alcohol
