Does the Pilates instructor make a difference?

BTF is proud to have the very best reformer Pilates instructor in the south bay, Whitney Salcer-Sulentor.

Whitney says “I have always had a passion for being healthy through diet and exercise. My desire to learn the body through movement and wanting to be as fit as possible led me to Pilates.”

“My love for Pilates has made me want to share my passion with others so they can look and feel their best. I focus on waking up my clients’ deep core stabilizing and pelvic floor muscles. Pilates will lengthen, lean, and tone the muscles from the inside out. Through my practice and athletic background, I have tailored my Pilates for a more athletic approach.”

Whitney takes pride in making sure all her clients feel amazing when they are done with a 45-minute session of Pilates. “Their muscles are awake in areas they did not know they had muscles. My clients feel taller through better posture because of the awareness of the stabilizer muscles being turned on to support their joints and give them that lift.”
